KENA CHEATED Day....
wahhh... tdy is really the KENA CHEATED DAY siale!
First...i went for ArtSingapore Exhibition at Suntec..n tt is one kena cheated event.
1. Cheat my feelings (tt is gd enuff reason)... damn hurt can. my heart still abit sourish..aha.
2. Cheat my $$.
i went there thinkin wahh..so many countries tkin part..must be not bad..go appreciate art abit..NONONO. it is a MARKETPLACE there...its just a place of buyers n sellers, n price tags on e artpieces. wat siale! i cnnt even enjoy myself w/o havin e person in charge of e booth sizing me up to see if i am a potential ART BUYER.. n as with all exhibitions.. e pieces were all displayed in small cubicles...so they cheat my feelings!..cos, aft u put a pricetag on an artpiece, its meaning toally changes. N its purpose too i guess.. uggh. N i paid 10 bucks n really expected some grt things to come out of it.. aye..no, i spent 45mins n walked one time around e place..(i expected myself to be there for hrs initially.)
Second, went for some gig, Leslie Low's album launch, Volcanoes..at Flux-us. ok..tt is really not as Kena Cheated.. But i kena headache aft tt.. n ok, i din enjoi it as much. i gv 70%. cos half e time i was damn fidgetty. i swear e bow(violin one tt she uses on guit strings on table) Vivian was using was gonna hit my head..n ok, it was a distorted kind of feeling fr distorted kind of sound. haha.
Third, supper time.. n someone suggesed Newton.. n all of us,(nt v well-infmed i guess) assumed Newton was still operating...N tell taxi uncle 'Newton Circus'.. N this uncle conveniently stopped us at this place beside Newton..he din even turn in.. we were wonderin y initially..But as nice souls, we din insist he turned in e usual way, paid our $$$, n got off... N tt's when we realised, WAHHH..how come no lights ahhh.. Shit!... Newton UNDER RENOVATIONS! (wahh kaoozz..uncle knew all along..KNS!) KENA CHEATED boy...
Fourth, headed to adam rd instead... n this time.. ok still not bad.. go order food..since my fren said okok..ikan billis fried rice is nice.. so i went ahead n ordered it.. wah! in e end.. e harmless lookin..not even orange or spicy lookin thing turned out to be SPICY! damn summore! cnnt take it...there goes. KENA CHEATED again!
